RIDEJOYFUL, LLC is a software service associating rideshare passengers (RIDERS) with independent contractors (DRIVERS). By using the RIDEJOYFUL, LLC web site and apps you consent to the data practices described in this statement. 

• Riders: those who request or receive transportation and related services via their RIDEJOYFUL account.
• Drivers: those who provide transportation to Riders individually via their RIDEJOYFUL account or through partner transportation companies.

• Location data helps to improve our services, customer support, etc.
• Users who have enabled “Ridejoyful” to collect location data from their mobile device may also enable the Emergency Data Sharing feature that shares data with emergency police, fire, and ambulance services. Such data includes approximate location at the time the emergency call was placed; the car’s make, model, color, and license plate information; the rider’s name and phone number; pickup and dropoff locations; and the driver’s name.
• Users who have enabled “Ridejoyful” to collect location data from their mobile device may also enable “Ridejoyful” to share their location details with our application / website. This can help us to improve customer support in case of urgency.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by RIDEJOYFUL, LLC. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the RIDEJOYFUL, LLC website and app.
 
Location Data Collection Policy
RIDEJOYFUL, LLC determines the current location of the passenger to assist in selecting the pick-up location or drop off location. RIDEJOYFUL, LLC determines the location of the driver to 1) select one of the closest drivers to the passenger pickup location 2) To display the progress to the passenger of the driver traveling to the pickup location, and 3) To determine and log the precise actual route taken from the pickup location to the destination location for fare calculation. 

Passenger location data is not collected while the RIDEJOYFUL, LLC app is in the background. Driver location is not collected while the driver is in "offline" mode, either with the RIDEJOYFUL, LLC app in the foreground or background mode.  While the driver is in "online" mode and waiting for a trip or in the process of a trip, the Driver location must continue to be determined even if the RIDEJOYFUL, LLC app is in the background due to the driver switching to a navigation app, a phone call, or other apps on the driver's mobile device in order to 1) select one of the closest drivers to the passenger pickup location 2)to display the progress to the passenger of the driver traveling to the pickup location, and 3) to determine and log the precise actual route taken from the pickup location to the destination location for fare calculation and review purposes. 

Neither the location data for the passenger or location data for the driver is used for any reason other than as described above and is not shared with 3rd parties other than situations as described in the Sharing Information with Third Parties section above in this privacy policy statement.
 
5. Security of your Personal Information
RIDEJOYFUL, LLC secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. RIDEJOYFUL, LLC uses the following methods for this purpose:
